Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

PROCESSING TIME:

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 1-2 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can complete your order.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main New York City warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING:

Refunds will be subject to restocking fee for all orders with multiple items purchased and those which fall under a promotional free shipping category. Your invoice will be re-rated to the original amount including shipping charges.

Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days

UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

Note: Saturday delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm EST on Friday.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. in stock items usually ship within 24 hours.

If one or more items in your order are not in stock, your order may split into two or more orders. We will charge and ship the items in stock and the rest will be placed under back order. Remaining items will be charged and shipped at a later date as per availability.

Note: Some items might be posted as "In Stock" on our web site that are not available for shipping, as we process limited quantity orders on first come first serve bases and it may take time to update the stock status on our website.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is based on a fixed rate formula for the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Voltage Depot offers several shipping choices to fit the customer's needs. We currently ship by UPS for a majority of shipments, FedEx for systems, US Postal Services only for APO/FPO and non-continental USA addresses, and a trucking company only for large packages. FREE SHIPPING :

VoltageDepot  is offering a terrific free shipping deal. Some Items over $100 or more are eligible for free shipping. All items eligible for Free shipping are marked as FREE SHIPPING items (as marked on the site) across any categories and they'll ship free. Please note not all items over $100 are eligible for free shipping.

Promotional Ground shipping is only applicable within United States. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.
